SAFETY INFORMATION

Positive Snap cannot take responsibility for any harm or injuries caused during the use of products. This is intended to be used as a gentle prompt not to self-harm or harm others.

 

Our products are not intended for children under five years old.

 

If the parent or guardian do decide your child understands the functionality of our Positive Snap bracelets then it Is our recommendation that you;

- Remove the bracelet any time you will not be supervising your child, even if it is only for a few minutes.

-Do not let your child sleep while wearing the bracelet, even during nap time.

PAYMENTS

Payments are required in advance prior to dispatch.

Orders over 4oo pieces require a deposit to be paid prior to the order being confirmed. Once this has been paid the bracelets will be ordered and dispatched.

PRODUCTION TIME AND SHIPPING

Production time can vary depending on the delivery address and quantity ordered. We aim to dispatch your order within five working days and will notify you if there is a longer dispatch time.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that colours may vary from originals depending on camera monitor’s settings. The products in photos represent samples only. Actual orders may slightly differ from photos. If you require a large order our minimum order quantity is 400 bracelets. A deposit is required at order and full payment before shipping can be made.

 

WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY

Our warranty covers your bracelet against all manufacturing faults for 30 days from the date of purchase, no matter where you purchased it from. If you wish to make a claim at any time you will need to give us your order confirmation number, which is printed on the invoice and order confirmation email.

The warranty covers your bracelet against manufacturing faults, should your bracelet prove to be defective within 30 days. At our discretion, you will be entitled to either:

  • a repair free of charge

  • a replacement with the same item

  • a replacement with a succeeding item if the returned item has been discontinued

  • an exchange for an item of the value stated on the receipt

  • a credit to the purchase value stated on the receipt

 

The warranty does not apply if the bracelet exhibits:

  • normal wear and tear

  • accidental or willful damage

  • misuse by any party

  • repair by a third-party
